Adam Savage is finally ready to show the project he’s been working on for the better part of this past year: an animatronic Grogu puppet sculpted and designed in collaboration with a brilliant team of Star Wars fans, artists, and engineers. In this kickoff episode, Adam sits down with animatronics engineer Matt Winchell to talk through the mechanics, functionality, and control systems of their baby Yoda replica. There is so much more work to do on this build–stay tuned for more updates to this project as Adam and his collaborators continue their work on this animatronic!
