If you’re enjoying Final Fantasy XVI’s dark fantasy world of Valisthea, you may want to take an even deeper look at art that brings the game to life. The Art of Final Fantasy XVI is available to preorder now at Amazon at a steep discount. You can preorder the hardcover art book at Amazon for just $26.94, down from $40.
$26.94 (was $40)
This giant hardcover book features over 300 pages of concept art, illustrations, and behind-the-scenes development materials on the game’s lavish art direction, along with in-depth looks at the world of Valisthea and the many characters, cultures, and creatures therein.
The Art of Final Fantasy XVI doesn’t drop until March 19, 2024. While that’s quite the long wait, it at least gives you time to play the game–perhaps even multiple times–so you can enjoy the book’s contents without spoiling yourself.
Since this is an Amazon preorder, if you order now you’ll lock in the best price offered until release. Amazon is already offering a steep discount, so anyone remotely interested in this book should order a copy. You won’t be charged for your order until it ships, so you have plenty of time to make a firm decision either way.
If you’d prefer a digital edition to read on the go, a $25 Kindle version is available to preorder, too.
In addition to the art book, there’s a Final Fantasy XVI Poster Art collection available to preorder for $35 at Amazon. It includes 33 posters featuring illustrations of the main characters, the Eikons, and more. You can also preorder a box set of game’s soundtrack at Amazon as well.
Longtime fans of Final Fantasy should also check out The Sky: The Art of Final Fantasy Boxed Set. This lavish three-volume set releases October 24 and celebrates the art from the first 10 mainline games. Preorders are available for $180, down from $200.
