Nintendo’s Fire Emblem series has focused on party relationships for a long time, and romanace is an important part of the experience for many players. In Fire Emblem: Three Houses you can romance both women and men no matter your character’s sex.
During a June 12 livestream, Nintendo confirmed that romantic relationships would return to Three Houses but that there would be no offspring mechanic. Some who were disaponted by that news might be interested to learn that same-sex relationships are possible for select characters in the game. However, Nintendo hasn’t confirmed who those characters are. Just like real life, love is a bit of a mystery.
