During today’s episode of Inside Xbox, Microsoft announced the new games coming to its Xbox Game Pass service in February.
Games coming to Game Pass in February include Shadow of the Tomb Raider, Crackdown 3, Pumped BMX Pro, de Blob, Batman: Return to Arkham, and The Walking Dead: The Complete First Season.
Here’s when you can expect each game to hit the service:
- Shadow of the Tomb Raider – February 7
- The Walking Dead: The Complete First Season – February 7
- Pumped BMX Pro – February 7
- de Blob – February 14
- Crackdown 3 – February 15 (Also on PC via Play Anywhere)
- Batman: Return to Arkham – February 21
In our review of Shadow of the Tomb Raider, we called the game “Amazing” saying “Shadow of the Tomb Raider offers up a powerful finale to Lara Croft’s origin trilogy.”
Crackdown 3, like all future first-party Microsoft games, is coming to Xbox Game Pass on its launch day. In fact, Crackdown 3 will be the first new release on Game Pass to allow subscribers to pre-load prior to release. The first game to launch day-and-date on Xbox Game Pass was last year’s Sea of Thieves.
Batman: Return to Arkham includes the definitive editions of the first two Arkham games and their DLC – Batman: Arkham Asylum and Batman: Arkham City. In our review of Return to Arkham, we called the collection “Good” saying “Two amazing games get updated for current-gen consoles with an unremarkable port in Batman: Return to Arkham.”
Rise of the Tomb Raider came to Xbox Game Pass around this time last year, Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition hit the service just last week, and a flurry of games like PUBG, Hellblade, Ori and the Blind Forest and more came late last year.
