Here's Every Legend of Zelda Amiibo

The first Link amiibo, and one of the very first amiibo, period. The figures have come a long way, that’s for sure. Gone are the pee-colored columns supporting subsequent poses.

Another of the earliest amiibo, this Zelda figure features a pretty decent sculpt and paint, but seems almost primitive compared to Nintendo’s modern amiibo output.

Shiek is a slight improvement over the previous entries, but still has a weird support beam. I think this is one of my favorite early amiibo. Great pose, great sculpt, great character.

I don’t know if Toon Link is everyone’s favorite Link, but it’s mine, and so I made sure to get this one when it came out. Great Master Sword details on this one.

One of my all-time favorite amiibo. Striking, detailed, just a powerful looking little fella.

This amiibo was included as a pack-in with the Wii U special edition of Twilight Princess HD, and if you have that complete-in-box, you’re sitting on a nice chunk of change. This is one of the most desirable of the Legend of Zelda amiibo.

This amiibo is getting a reissue, with a May 12 release date. If you’re lucky, you might be able to grab one at its $15.99 MSRP.

Officially, this is just “Link,” but everyone calls it 8-bit Link. There are also 2 Mario amiibo in this same 8-bit style and one thing they all have in common is how heavy and pointy they are.

Another great example of Toon Link, this one was probably most commonly seen in an amiibo two-pack with Zelda.

Entirely possible to find this amiibo on its own, but you might see the two-pack pop up on certain retailers now and then, which is the best way to buy it in my opinion.

This series of amiibo, releasing with Breath of the Wild, are where Nintendo really started to shine on the quality. While they were never “bad,” the more recent amiibo are just so good, hugely improving over the initial runs.

Hands-down the most ambitious amiibo ever made for The Legend of Zelda series. It’s gigantic, it’s articulated, and it’s menacing. Hoping we see something like it with Tears of the Kingdom.

They figured out how to incorporate design elements into the sculpture that compliment the figure. It evokes the feeling of slowing down time to fire Link’s bow, rather than just being awkward and visually unappealing as was the case in older ones

OK, Nintendo figured out how to incorporate support pedestals into the Link design, but horses were just too much. One creature at a time. Link looks really bad-ass in this one, and the horse is pretty sweet, clear plastic aside.

This Breath of the Wild version of Zelda amiibo just doesn’t do it for me. There’s something a little off, like she looks like a bootleg version of the in-game character model.

This Best Buy-exclusive amiibo is getting reissued, with a May 12, 203 release date, but it sold out really fast. You might get lucky, though, anything is possible.

Say what you want about Skyward Sword, the Link featured in it is one of the most “Link” Links that ever linked.

This one can only be found at GameStop for its list price, but unfortunately it’s sold-out. You can probably find it on Amazon or eBay for much more, though.

One of the great heroes of Breath of the Wild, an absolutely great amiibo. You might be able to find the 4-pack with them all, but you’ll pay for it.

This is a very popular amiibo, and I don’t really have much more to say. Mipha definitely has the most helpful hero power, I’d say.

Another great hero amiibo, although Revali is personally my least-favorite of the great heroes.

Urbosa is my pick for “best-ever amiibo pose.” Seriously, you can just feel the confidence radiating from her as she stands with power and grace. Great work, Urbosa.

Taking it back to SSB, this Young Link looks everything the part of the render in both Super Smash Bros., and our imaginations when we played through Ocarina on N64.

I love this amiibo so much. It’s so perfect. It looks exactly like the render from the Nintendo Switch remake of the game. Absolute homerun on this one.

Here’s an amiibo you can find in the real world, or order online. I see these on retailer shelved fairly frequently, and it’s one of the larger amiibo (and therefore more expensive). It’s like a two-for-one, really. Great sculpt and details on this one.

The most recent addition to the Legend of Zelda amiibo series, the Tears of the Kingdom version of Link launches alongside the game on May 12.
