Another month, another round of free games for Xbox Live Gold members. For July, Xbox owners who subscribe to Xbox Live Gold will receive four free games as part of the Games With Gold program.
For Xbox One owners, your two free games are Inside, from the creators of Limbo, and Big Crown Showdown.
IGN readers will remember that we gave Inside a 10 out 10, and nominated Inside for our 2016 game of the year. IGN editor Ryan McCaffrey called it “a dreamlike platformer that takes us to incredible places.”
IGN didn’t review Big Crown Showdown, but it’s a four player online or local multiplayer brawler in the vein of similar party games. It’ll be available as a free download from July 16 to August 15.
For Xbox 360 owners, they’re getting Castlevania: Symphony of the Night and Meet the Robinsons, based on the original Disney animated film. Keep in mind that you can play these games on Xbox One via backwards compatibility. Castlevania will be available from July 1 to July 15, with Meet the Robinsons becoming available for the remainder of the month afterwards.
