The oldest toy store in the world Hamleys will be celebrating May 4th at their Regent Street store in London. During the whole weekend, from Saturday May 4th to Monday May 6th, visitors will be able to enjoy intergalactic activities, and photo opportunities for all the family.

To celebrate Star Wars Day, there’s fun to be had at Hamleys as Younglings and fans of all ages will find out what side of the force they are destined to be in with fantastic photo opportunities and intergalactic activities.

The Star Wars themed fun all takes place on Saturday 4, Sunday 5 and Monday 6 May. Over the weekend Hamleys will be raising money for The Royal British Legion, MediCinema, The Henry Allen Trust, Mitchells Miracles, Make-A-Wish UK and Karman’s Ward. So clear your calendar and set your coordinates to The Finest Toy shop in the World.

International Star Wars Day has been around since the early 1970’s. It is a day dedicated to celebrating the George Lucas franchise with Star Wars fans all over the world declaring the day as a national holiday. The first celebration took place in Toronto 2001, with millions of people taking part in the festivities every year. Over the past 10 years Hamleys have participated in this fantastic celebration with lots of activities to surprise and delight fans.

This International Star Wars Day, Hamleys will also have a 20% off all LEGO Star Wars products. Hamleys’ Regent Street has over 70 different types amount of Star Wars products in their store.
