Star Wars: Andor, Harrison Ford and Pedro Pascal Nominated for Emmy Awards for 2025

This list of nominees for the 77th Emmy Awards, to be held later this year, have been announced today and it includes nominations for Star Wars: Andor, Harrison Ford and Pedro Pascal.

The highly acclaimed Star Wars: Andor Disney+ TV series has 14 nominations, including Outstanding Drama Series, Forest Whittaker for Best Guest Actor in a Drama Series, Janus Metz for Best Directing for a Drama Series, and Dan Gilroy for Best Writing for a Drama Series. Harrison Ford has been nominated for his part as Doctor Paul Rhoades in the Apple TV+ hit comedy, Shrinking. This is his first Emmy nomination and is in the Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series category.

While The Mandalorian’s Pedro Pascal has been nominated for playing Joel Miller in The Last of Us Season 2, which has been nominated for a further 15 awards. Moff Gideon, Giancarlo Esposito has also got in on the act and received a nomination for Best Guest Actor in a Drama Series for his role in The Boys.

The Walt Disney Company and their productions, including Star Wars: Andor, have been recognised for an astounding 136 nominations in total.

The 2025 Emmy Awards ceremony, is to be held on September 14, 2025 and will be hosted by Nate Bargatze.
