Several new Pokémon are set to join the world of Pokémon Go beginning today. 11 months to the day after Pokémon from Gen 4’s Sinnoh region began appearing in the game, monsters from Gen 5’s Unova region will make their debut.

According to Niantic, Pokémon originally discovered in Black and White will start appearing at 1 p.m. Pacific today. The list of creatures appearing in the wild includes Snivy, Tepig, Oshawott, Patrat, Lillipup, Pidove, and Blitzle. Additionally, the Pokémon will hatch from the following eggs:

2 KM

  • Patrat
  • Lillipup
  • Purrloin
  • Pidove

5 KM

  • Snivy
  • Tepig
  • Oshawott
  • Blitzle
  • Drilbur
  • Foongus

10 KM

  • Ferroseed
  • Klink
  • Litwick
  • Golett

Lillipup, Patrat, and Klink will be available to battle and catch in Raids. While Niantic hasn’t confirmed that all of the Pokémon added to the eggs will be appearing in the wild, it did confirm Klink will not spawn in the wild for the time being; you can only obtain Klink through eggs and Raids. For collectors of shiny Pokémon, Patrat, Lillipup, and Klink have shiny forms to hunt down.

As with all new generations, regional exclusives exist in Gen 5. Pansage is only available in Asia, Pansear is exclusive to Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India, and Panpour can only be caught in the Americas and Greenland. On top of that, Heatmor will be obtainable in the Western hemisphere, while Durant will be exclusive to the Eastern hemisphere.

Pokémon Go is also introducing the Unova Stone, which allows certain Pokémon, like Lampent, to evolve. You collect Unova Stones through completing research tasks.

The Pokémon that debuted in Black and White are set to appear in Pokémon Go beginning at 1 p.m. PDT today.
