During a conversation with Collider’s Taylor Gates in support of her upcoming film, Adulthood, Billie Lourd began manifesting a return to Star Wars with the addition of her co-stars Kaya Scodelario, Josh Gad, and Anthony Carrigan.
As the crew chatted about what franchise they’d join if they had their pick, the overarching answer was Star Wars. “Star Wars is a franchise I would play in,” said Gad, who is currently working on a Spaceballs sequel. “Yeah, Star Wars,” Scodelario agreed. “Or the Lego movies! I’d like to be the voice of one of the Legos. There’s Lego Star Wars stuff, so we could even combine them and make all of your dreams come true.” After both Gad and Scodelario threw their hats into the ring for the sprawling galactic universe, in a separate chat, Lourd chimed in with an incredibly relatable, “I mean, more Star Wars, more life.”
As the conversation continued, Carrigan also hopped on board the good ship Adulthood/Star Wars crossover, adding, “This is the universe that I want to be a part of, but with the caveat that it has to be this cast.” Doubling down on her previous response, Lourd said, “I’m available,” further bolstering our hopes for the actress’ potential Star Wars return down the line.
Would you like to see Lourd return to the galaxy far, far away?
