Insomniac has released the Spider-Man 2 launch trailer ahead of the PlayStation 5 exclusive’s release date on October 20.

The trailer makes a number of reveals, including offering a first look at previously unseen villains Sandman and Mister Negative. We also get a snapshot of Harry Osborne, Spider-Man’s fight with Lizard, and a close-up of Venom. Check out the relevant images from the trailer in the slideshow below:
The trailer suggests Peter Parker becomes Venom during the events of the game, although it’s worth pointing out a previous Spider-Man 2 trailer all but confirmed the man behind the alien suit is Pete’s friend, Harry Osborn.
The list of villains Spider-Man goes up against in this game is growing larger. We already knew about Kraven the Hunter and Lizard. Now we can add Sandman and Mister Negative to the lineup.
