Madden 24's Best Players Revealed (So Far)

Madden NFL 24 is less than a month out from its release, so it’s time to start learning the top players at every position. Madden Ratings Week, as the league likes to call it, kicks off today with more ratings to be revealed as the week goes on. Each day we’ll update this post with the newly revealed players across each position, such as the best quarterbacks, running backs, wide receivers, tight ends, and defensive players across multiple spots. Check out all the ratings revealed so far below–to start, we’ve got the game’s first 99 OVR player, Justin Jefferson, as well as wide receivers and safeties.

We’re living in a golden age of wideout play, with more elite talent than ever before. Madden 24’s best receivers have now been revealed, and it’s no surprise to see Justin Jefferson top the list, given he was also the first 99 OVR player revealed (as you can see below).

Best TEs in Madden 24

TEs can be a QBs security blanket, but the best of them are game-changers in any context. The top 10 Madden 24 TEs are to be revealed later this week.

Best Defensive players in Madden 24

Defense wins championships, and so too will the players making the list of the game’s best edge rushers, safeties, cornerbacks, and more. Check back soon for that list once NFL and EA reveal all of the positions this week. So far, Derwin James at a 95 OVR is the highest-rated defender.

99 Club

Justin Jefferson – WR

Our first reveal for the Madden 24 99 Club is perhaps the most obvious choice. Minnesota Vikings star wide receiver Justin Jefferson had an absolutely phenomenal season in 2022, going off for over 1,800 yards and making arguably the best catch of the year against the Buffalo Bills in week nine. Jefferson has cemented himself as one of, if not the top receiver in all of football, and his status in the 99 Club should be set in stone for years to come.
