The new Disney+ series The Mandalorian is making waves with the arrival of the character called The Child, affectionately nicknamed Baby Yoda online. If, like most, you have fallen in love with Baby Yoda then you will be pleased to know that merchandise is on the way.
Disney will soon be launching merchandise based on the Baby Yoda character from Disney Plus series The Mandalorian, a source close to the matter has confirmed to CNET. While Disney already released a bunch of merch for The Mandalorian as well as Star Wars Episode 9: The Rise of Skywalker and the Fallen Order video game, the baby green alien — also known as “the child” — was kept under wraps until the launch of the new series on the streaming platform.
Baby Yoda apparel and accessories will be available in the coming days online through Amazon, Target, Macy’s, Kohl’s, Hot Topic, Box Lunch and Zazzle, as reported earlier Thursday by CNBC, and Amazon’s Baby Yoda T-shirts are already out now.
Apparel will be available before the holidays from ShopDisney, the Disney Store, Disney parks and in retail stores.
Pre-order of Baby Yoda toys and a plush will begin in the coming weeks, with no details on where these will be sold as yet.
More toys, plush, specialty apparel and other merchandise will also become available in the coming months.
