The Psycho bundle will cost 2,000 V-Bucks and will feature a Psycho Skin, Claptrap as Back Bling, and a themed Pickaxe.
The Pandora Rift Zone now also appears on the map and brings Borderlands’ iconic look to Fortnite. In addition, players in the Rift Zone who do not take damage for a certain time will even begin to generate Shield. There are also other surprises to be found.
Borderlands goodness is also arriving in Fortnite Creative with new Prefabs celebrating the franchise and the upcoming Borderlands 3.
Lastly, players will be able to redeem the free Welcome to Pandora Challenge Bundle, which features rewards such as the Mayhem Wrap, Vault Hunter Banner, Psycho Spray, and Crunk Bunny Spray.
The Fortnite X Mayhem event arrives as part of V10.20, which also brings with it a Shield Bubble that creates a dome of protection from projectiles and explosives, the addition of a B.R.U.T.E. map icon that will remain visible to all players after one is boarded, and much more.
This crossover was teased just a few hours ago with an image that featured a Borderlands psycho hidden in it.
The timing of this event is perfect as well, as Borderlands 3 will be released on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on September 13, 2019. It will also arrive on Google Stadia, but at a later date.
Borderlands 3 is also our IGN First for this month, and we have a ton of exclusive coverage, including the first 14 minutes of Borderlands 3, a look at the new Proving Grounds End Game mode, and a look at how Borderlands 3 made (literally) 1 billion guns possible.
