A new entry in the Under Night In-Birth fighting game series was announced at EVO 2019 Saturday. Under Night In-Birth Exe: Late[cl-r] will introduce a new character, and will launch in early 2020, according to Gematsu.
The new Under Night In-Birth game was announced at the end of the Under Night In-Birth:Late[st] grand finals at EVO 2019. Developer French Bread and publisher Arc System Works and Aksys Games did not confirm what platforms the game would come to, but a previous leak of the game listed PS4 and Switch ratings.
“The 2D fighting community has been incredibly supportive, and we are as excited about this new chapter in the Under Night In-Birth series as they are,” Akibo Shieh, Aksys Games CEO said in a statement according to Gematsu. With the introduction of a new character, the entire game has been carefully rebalanced and perfected for the greatest possible anime fighting experience to date.”
The new game will feature a new character named Londrekia, along with “a thousand balance changes.” A demo will be made available at future events.
