Things get sporty in this month’s games.

The free PlayStation Plus games for July 2019 have been revealed, and they take a slightly more sporty angle this month with a little bit of soccer and a little bit of racing.

Announced on the official PlayStation Blog today, the following games will be available free with PlayStation Plus between July 2 and August 5:

What are the PS Plus Games for July 2019?

Below is this month’s list of free games and their release dates.

Pro Evolution Soccer 2019 (Coming to PS Plus July 2)

The most recent iteration of the Pro Evolution Soccer series, our PES 2019 review said the game was “Great,” even if it didn’t bring much in the way or new modes or big changes to existing ones. Instead, reviewer Benjamin Griffin said, “PES 2019’s focus on individual brilliance brings players to life and gives the game an extra dimension of authenticity.”

Horizon Chase Turbo (Coming to PS Plus July 2)

A little bit more on the cartoonish side, Horizon Chase Turbo is a brightly-colored racer that’s like being smacked in the face with all of the best design trends of the 90’s at once. While it can, of course, be played single-player, Horizon Chase Turbo is also playable with up to four players and is available in split-screen.

The PlayStation Plus games for June 2019 were Sonic Mania and Borderlands: The Handsome Collection, so be sure to hop on those before the month ends if you are already a PS Plus member.
