The Call of Duty franchise has had plenty of memorable moments, from All Ghillied Up to that weird time we had to press X/F to pay respects — we didn’t say those moments were necessarily good. But in this case, what’s good is up to you. We want to know how the Call of Duty games rank on your list.

The Best Call of Duty Games, Ranked by You
You picked Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare (not to be confused with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare or Call of Duty Modern Warfare Remastered, here’s an explainer on all that). It’s pretty funny a reboot of this landmark title was announced this very week! It was pretty close there with Modern Warfare 2, and Black Ops trailed both significantly in third place. World at War, 2008’s follow-up to Modern Warfare hit number four — the golden era of COD!
Bringing up the rear we have 2016’s Infinite Warfare in dead last, with last year’s Black Ops 4 right on its heels. Not a lot of love for the modern CODs.
The Best Call of Duty Campaign, Ranked by You
The best campaigns shake out surprisingly similarly to the best overall COD games above — indicating that yeah, a campaign actually DOES matter to players. The good news is we’re getting one again in 2019’s Modern Warfare reboot. Dead last (not pictured) was Infinite Warfare and WWII in a tie. No surprises there; as we saw above, you do not like those games. At all.
It is cool to see Call of Duty 2’s campaign, tied with the very first, getting some love here. The original cinematic World War II campaigns of those games clearly struck a lasting chord.
The Best Call of Duty Multiplayer, Ranked by You
Once again, the same three overall winners win for multiplayer: Modern Warfare, Modern Warfare 2, and Black Ops, albeit in a different order. And the very worst (not pictured)? You can probably guess: It’s Infinite Warfare and Black Ops 4. Once again, the classics show up here as multiplayer contenders, with Call of Duty and Call of Duty 2 neck-and-neck in fifth place. Remember the good old days? The voters did!
