Celeste, Dead Cells, Stardew Valley, Undertale, and more!
Nintendo has revealed a list of the Top 10 best-selling indie games on the Nintendo Switch of all-time.
In a presentation by Nintendo at the Game Developers Conference, which IGN saw, it was confirmed that games such as Hollow Knight, Stardew Valley, and Undertale hold the title of best-selling indie games on the Switch.
The full list is as follows, but keep in mind that Nintendo did not reveal an actual ranking of these games or how many units of each were sold;
Nintendo released a similar list at GDC last year, and games such as Celeste, Golf Story, Overcooked, Stardew Valley, Enter the Gungeon appeared on the list and are still holding strong this year.
However, Steamworld Dig 2, Kamiko, Fast RMX, NBA Playground, and Shovel Knight: Treasure Trove were all overtaken by some of these newer titles.
It will be very interesting to see where this list is at next year, especially with some of the titles releasing this year that were revealed in the Nindies Showcase Spring 2019, including Cuphead and Cadence of Hyrule: Crypt of the Necrodancer Feat. The Legend of Zelda.
With all these titles and those still unknown, we recently took a look at how Nintendo is becoming the best place for new games. In addition, you can read about how an indie developer is making an official Zelda game, as well as check out six awesome games from the spring Nindies showcase.
