The Welcome to Pandora challenges first came to Fortnite on August 27, 2019. These challenges came as part of the v10.20 update that brought a Borderlands themed area to the map for a limited time. Below is a list of all of the Welcome to Pandora challenges, rewards, and walkthrough guides, including the location of Claptrap’s missing eye and Vault Symbol locations.
Below is a list of each of the Welcome to Pandora Fortnite challenges. If the challenge is highlighted in blue, you can click on it to see a detailed walkthrough.
Unlike other missions in Fortnite Season 10 (X), the Welcome to Pandora challenge rewards are tied to each individual challenge. Below is a list of all the challenge rewards in the same order as the challenges appear in the list above. Completing all six challenges will earn players a Mayhem Wrap for their guns.

To complete this challenge, players will need to find Claptrap’s missing eye and return it to him in the same game.
Unfortunately, the eye and Claptrap are on opposite sides of the Pandora themed area. If you retrieve the eye and get killed, you’ll have to start over the next game, so make sure you’re being careful.
The best thing to do first is to find Claptrap’s missing eye. Both the location of Claptrap (red) and his eye (green) can be seen in the map above. As you can tell, Claptrap’s eye is located in the southernmost building on the east side of the town.
As you go inside, you should find Claptrap’s eye on the first floor next to a TV.
Once you’ve picked it up, you’ll need to make your way back to Claptrap without getting killed. As you saw on the map, Claptrap is located towards the beginning of the desert biome. This means that you’re going to have to sneak across the Pandora themed area, with the eye, to the big welcome sign where you will see Claptrap waiting for you.
To complete this challenge, players will need to search three different Vault Symbols.
While you only need three to complete the Welcome to Pandora challenges, there are actually five different Vault Symbol locations in Fortnite. Each of the different Vault Symbols can be seen on the map above. Additionally, there are some close up pictures of each symbol below.
