Resident Evil 5 and 6 have been announced for Nintendo Switch, arriving Fall 2019.

Announced as part of Nintendo’s E3 Direct, it was confirmed that Resident Evil 5 would keep its splitscreen multiplayer.

It means the Switch eShop will soon include five mainline Resi games after we got Resident Evil 0, 1 and 4 earlier this year. In Japan it’s six, after Resident Evil 7 arrived as a cloud-based port.
