TurboGrafx-16 Mini preorders go live on Amazon Prime Day, which begins July 15. The system DOES NOT include an AC adapter, you need to buy that separately. You can also buy a Turbo Controller and Multi-Tap, but those are obviously less crucial than the AC adapter.

List price for the TurboGrafx-16 Mini is $99.99 USD, making it one of the more expensive mini console. That didn’t work out too well for the PlayStation Classic, which also eschewed the AC adapter in its box and was on sale recently for $25.
