Just because the credits rolled in Story Mode, doesn’t mean your work is over. Post Credits, Mario Maker 2 still has several things waiting for you! Successfully building Peach’s Castle will require you to complete about two-thirds of the Taskmaster’s jobs. You can still go about completing any levels you’ve missed and discover a few secrets. Check them out on this page!
After the credit’s visit the Taskmaster to receive jobs from Princess Peach. The first level will make use of the newly unlocked, Super Hammer! Completing each of her jobs rewards you with outfits for your Mii in the Maker Profile! Princess Peach’s third job becomes available after completeing all other courses.
|Level Name||Game Style||Difficulty||Est. Coins in Lvl|
|Let’s Go, Builder Mario!||3D World||2/4||30+|
|Completing this job gives you the Princess Peach Dress.|
|March of the Rookie Toads||NSMBU||2/4||50+|
|Completing this job gives you the Princess Peach Wig.|
|Super Mario Bros. W1-1?||SMB||4/4||50+|
|Completing this job gives you the Princess Peach Tennis Outfit|
After the credit’s if you talk to Chief Toadette, she’ll let you know that she can build something extra for you for 1000 Coins. When you give her the first 1000 Coins, the base of the statue will be constructed near the left of the West Hall. Each part of the statue can be built with 1000 Coins. The statue is composed of ten parts. You do not have any interactions with the statue other than to view it. Speaking with Chief Toadette will let you view the statue’s progress – you can also press down on the Right Stick to zoom out when walking around in Story Mode.
If you ever traveled to the far west end of the road you’ll notice a small red bulb sticking out of the ground – thats actually the Coursebot! Coursebot can be found in the underground section accessed by the Warp Pipe on the west side of the road which was initially blocked by a Piranha Creeper. If you haven’t cleared it yet, you’ll need to talk to Purple Toad and complete the job, Piranha Creeper Squash. Use the Warp pipe to access the area underground. Go left and you’ll now have the option to break the blocks.
After reaching the end of the tunner you’ll discover the half buried body of the Coursebot. Walk under it and keep jumping to help the Coursebot emerge from the ground. After walking it, you can head back above ground to talk to the Coursebot. Speaking with Coursebot allows you to watch the Story Mode cutscenes for the Intro, Ending, and Credits. The Ending and Credit’s will now feature Coursebot in them as well!
