RGB (255,36,0) = Scarlet.

Microsoft has been teasing a reveal for its next-gen systems in its E3 promos, with three separate videos hiding codes that, when put together, create the RGB code for Scarlet, the codename for Microsoft’s next Xbox consoles.

Via The Verge, Twitter user @Cr8Beyond was one of the first to piece together this hidden message. Xbox even sent the user a 1-month code for Xbox Game Pass, saying “Here’s a little something form [sic] us for your eagle eye!”

It was discovered that the official Xbox Twitter account began sharing these E3 videos on June 6, with the code R 255 hidden in the background. It then proceeded to share two more with the codes G 36 and B 0 in the same fashion. When put together, this forms this code RGB (255,36,0), which, as previously mentioned, is the RGB color code for Scarlet.

According to multiple sources, Scarlet is the codename for potentially two versions of Micorsoft’s next-gen consolesLockhart for a more affordable, baseline model and Anaconda for a Xbox One X-like high-end model for those wishing for more power.

These new systems under the codename of Scarlet are some of the biggest rumors ahead of E3 2019, where they are expected to be revealed at Xbox’s press conference tomorrow, June 9, at 1pm PT/4pm ET/9pm BST.

Alongside the announcement of whatever Scarlet may be, we also may be in store for the much-anticipated confirmation of the reports that say Playground Games is working on a new Fable game, as well as a deeper dive into Halo Infinite, Gear 5, and Ori and the Will of the Wisps.
