This portion of the guide explains where to find the Cyber Doc and the upgrades/augmentations available once you do. These augmentations cost Ark Tek Cores, Life Glands, and Neuronic Interfaces.
Cyber Doc Location – In Wellspring[edit]
The Cyber Doc is located in Wellspring, a Trade Town located in the Torn Plains. This marker will be put on your map when you do the Wasteland Celebrity story mission.
Like every Trade Town, Wellspring has several Shops and plenty of NPCs. To reach the Cyber Doc, start be entering the town.
Once you’re inside, you’ll see and hear a NPC spouting advertisements while standing on stage. This includes listing a lot of hashtags.
To the right of the stage, you can see a digital sign that mentions the Cyber Doc. Head that way.
Follow the path, it will lead you through a small corridor heading for the glowing blue Cyber Doc Clinic.
Keep to your right and enter the Cyber Doc’s Clinic. Approach the counter to get some serious upgrades.
Cyber Doc Upgrades/Augmentations and Nanotrite Reset[edit]
The Cyber Doc sells several upgrades in the form of Augmentations that enhance your abilities. There are 15 of each of these augmentations in stock so there is plenty to buy here.

Nanotrite Reset: How to Reset Your Nanotrite Abilities[edit]
For $500 you can also reset your Nanotrite Abilities. This means your abilities will be reset to their default state, and your upgrade resources will be returned to you for redistribution.
