IGN’s Rage 2 cheats and secrets guide gives you the inside scoop into every cheat, hidden code, helpful glitch, exploit, and secret in Rage 2.
In Rage 2, you will be able to enable tons of wild cheat codes to augment your game in crazy ways. Codes do not have to be entered, but are enabled in a menu once unlocked. In order to unlock cheats – you must purchase them from Mangoo the Unborn – the Wasteland Wizard.
Mangoo the Unborn is a tricky merchant – he seems to appear and disappear on a whim, but will always be located in his little hut with three large green balloons above him – which he presumably uses to travel between locations. These balloons are the easiest way to spot him – as he does not have a map marker (unless you are already very close, in which case you can see a wizard hut icon on your compass – but nowhere else.
Below you’ll find a list of known locations where we’ve seen the Wasteland Wizard. If he does not appear in a location – you can try fast traveling to a nearby town, or quit and reload the game to see if he appears.
Broken Tract Wasteland Wizard Locations[edit]
Mangoo the Unborn can sometimes appear just to the Northwest of the Eden Space Center in the southeast corner of the Broken Tract – which is also the site of one of the main missions.
He’s found on the ruins of an overpass bridge along the main road leading to the space center.
He’s also been rumored to appear near The Edge, a Bandit Den in the south central area of the Broken Tract amid some winding hilly roads.
Sekreto Wetlands Wizard Locations[edit]
You can find Mangoo the Unborn in the swamps of the Sekreto Wetlands in the bottom southeast corner of the region, north of the Squelch Bandit Den.
You’ll find him in a clearing between two roadways leading out of the swamps, and south of the Desert Kindling Pit Stop, and the area borders the Broken Tract region.
Another location he may appear in the Sekreto Wetlands is along the west border of the region, on a large swampy island behind two buildings – near the Dweller Mutie Nest and Canned Heat Ranger Echo.
You’ll find his little hut docked on the far northwestern side of the island on a small hill above the swamp – right at the region’s border.
The Wilds Wasteland Wizard Locations[edit]
Mangoo the Unborn can also be found in the far eastern side of The Wilds, in a shallow lake island just below the Abadon Sanctum – the site of a Ranger Echo. It’s located due East from the town of Dreadwood and a nearby Authority Sentry.
The wizard will appear on the southeast side of the island, and the water is shallow enough to traverse to reach him.
Players who have the Deluxe Edition of the game will have many Cheats available from the start, while those playing the Standard Edition of the game will have to locate the Wasteland Wizard to unlock cheats.

How to Enable Cheat Codes[edit]
Once you have purchased a Cheat, or have the Deluxe Edition content installed, you will be able to use cheats by going to the Settings option in the Menu, and selecting Cheats. Note that cheats will only be active until you quit the game – loading back in from a save will have all cheats turned off by default.
